These are some of the questions that I could be working with you to answer.  They are not the preserve of big corporations – indeed the proportion of people working in small businesses has been increasing sharply in recent years.  They are relevant to everyone looking to build a successful organisation.  

When your purpose and what matters to you line up with purpose and values of the people who work with you things catch fire and great organisational outcomes become possible. 

As an SME you may not have an HR manager or you may have someone who combines that role with other priorities and demands on their time.  Maybe some extra help from an experienced HR Director would be a good investment.

I founded GAL consulting in 2008 – so we will be celebrating our 12th birthday this year as a successful small business.

If we decide to work together, I can agree with you a fixed price at a competitive rate for an agreed set of activities.

Alternatively, we can agree an annual retainer which will cover you for an agreed number of days over the course of a year - often the most cost effective way of working together over the longer term.
