The right stuff is about building on solid foundations.  Having the right policies and procedures matters, but your policies and procedures also tell the story of your culture and values.  It’s important to tell a consistent and coherent story.  When people join you they should get from day one a statement of written particulars.  The law specifies what that must include, but this is another opportunity to remind people what a great choice they have made in accepting your offer!  I can provide comprehensive documentation tailored to your organisation.
